Installation of Water Feature - November 2007

Pictured below are Brian and Natalie Budde of Budde Landscaping installing the water feature at Proctor Park.  Budde Landscaping donated the design and the labor for this feature.  They also donated the landscape design for Proctor Park.  Thanks as well to Precedent South Developers and Fieldstone Center of Indianapolis for their generous donation of the rocks that were used in this water feature. Sgt. Joseph E. Proctor's Memorial plaque that was donated by Sign Solutions and Best Way Disposal will be mounted on the face of the large stone in front of the rock water falls.
