Dear Proctor Park Partner,

Thank you for your support of our project and for honoring your loved one with an engraved paver in the Proctor Park Walk of Freedom.

We have been given an opportunity to celebrate the lives of many brave men and women, to tell their stories and to keep their memories alive.  We are the proud owners and benefactors of an amazing piece of American history and we have been called upon to preserve and perpetuate their stories.  We have received inquiries and orders from people all across Indiana and even America that want to memorialize their loved ones in this park.  What began as a mission to thank one of our own fallen heroes has become an opportunity for us to thank, honor and respect the many men and women, both living and deceased who have sacrificed for all of us.

In order to honor our pledge that these great heroes will never be forgotten we hope to create a Memory Book of sorts with a brief history of the individuals honored in our park.  We are hopeful that you will be able to provide information on your loved one that can preserve not only their name but their story as well for future generations.

The WCHS Baseball Club (Whiteland Community High School) has partnered with us in this endeavor.  They will be collecting the biographies of our heroes and creating our Memory Book.  The completed book will be available for anyone to look through who wants more information on the heroic men and women who are being honored in Proctor Park.

For more information or should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at the New Whiteland Town Hall.  We look forward to reading your loved ones story and sharing it with future generations.

Sincerely,
