NEW WHITELAND TOWN COUNCIL

SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

Town Council President John Perrin opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. Council members present were Joe Noonan, Scott Alspach, and John Perrin. Also present was Clerk-Treasurer Maribeth Alspach and Attorney Lee Robbins. Councilmen Don Harris and Terry Spencer were absent.

The purpose of this meeting is to open and consider bids for the Bantam Football equipment.

President Perrin states that two (2) bids were received however one bid was delivered 30 minutes after the advertised deadline. That bid is rejected unopened. The one bid that did comply with the bid specs is in the amount of $1,721.06 and was submitted by the Whiteland Warrior Junior Football League.

Councilman Noonan moves to accept the bid and is seconded by Councilman Alspach. Vote 3 affirmative.

Steve Swails, treasurer for the league will deliver a check and arrange for retrieval of the equipment.

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned at 6:37 p.m.
