Earth Day 2008

Town employees participate in Break-O-Day Elementary School’s Earth Day Program on May 2, 2008.  Police Officer Roy Hendershot discusses safety issues with the students and Public Works employees demonstrate various pieces of town equipment.  Unfortunately the program was cut short due to a fast moving storm that came in.  The storm moved through the area quickly and Break-O-Day students were dispersed throughout town to pick up litter and clean up their community as their day of caring to celebrate Earth Day.
