Chapter 1: General Provisions

1-101      Code Enforcement. The ordinances embraced in the following titles, chapter and sections are a restatement of existing law in the Town of New Whiteland (the Town) and shall constitute the Town Code of New Whiteland.

1-102      Severability. The sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this Code are severable, and if any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Code shall be declared unconstitutional or otherwise unlawful by the valid judgment or unconstitutionality or unlawfulness shall not affect any of the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases of this Code.

1-103      Repeal. All existing Town ordinances, or parts thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this code are hereby repealed to the extent of any conflict.
