Plans are underway for the third Annual Proctor Park Community Celebration! We hope we can count on your support as we begin planning our biggest event ever.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday June 19th at Whiteland Raceway Park and will include the Proctor Memorial Park Grand Prix, a Hog Roast, vendors, booths, entertainment, pony rides, kiddie rides and more.
Much has been accomplished at Proctor Park but there is much that remains to be completed. So many lives have been positively impacted by this labor of love, this community’s tribute of appreciation. Families spend time fishing and picnicking together, marriage proposals have been offered and accepted and weddings have taken place in this park. More importantly families come and share the life stories of grandparents with grandchildren to fulfill our commitment that none should be forgotten.
There are many opportunities for you and/or your business to partner with us this year. We are expanding our Community Celebration into a much larger single day event and want to promote more than just Proctor Park. We are inviting area businesses to rent booth space to promote their businesses; we are encouraging other Not-for–Profits to join us for the day to let folks know of volunteer opportunities that are available in our community.
- We are looking for Sponsors – all Sponsors will be listed on our website and on a huge
banner that will be displayed on the entrance at Whiteland Raceway Park on the day of the event. We will also list our Sponsors on our advertising and marketing materials.

Proctor Park Fund donations are tax deductible and you will be provided with a receipt for tax purposes.
- We also have 36 coveted seats available in the Proctor Memorial Park Grand Prix.
These tickets sell for $150.00 each and will earn the proud holder two chances in the Grand Prix. There will be six (6) heat races of 6 cars each beginning at 9:00 a.m. on June 19th. The top 6 drivers will compete in the Proctor Memorial Park Grand Prix. Again, the price of your ticket is tax deductible.
- This year we will be offering booth space at our Community Celebration. 10’ x 10”
booth space rental is available for $25.00 for Not for Profits and $50.00 for all others. Vendors will need to provide their own tables, chairs, tents, awnings, generators, etc.
- We need auction, raffle and door prize items. Autographed sports memorabilia, movie
passes, gift cards, tickets to sporting events, restaurant gift cards, salon packages, tools, car service packages, kid parties, nothings too big or too small – it’s a family event and we need your help!
In the event of rain our Rain Date is Sunday, June 20th. Should the entire weekend be rained out (that has never happened) there will be no refunds. All proceeds go to Proctor Park and are tax deductible.
