President Bush and FEMA have approved Individual Assistance, for the homeowner, renter, and business owner. This will open up federal dollars in several ways. As you know.

Assistance was already approved. We need to get those PDA Applicant forms filled out and back as soon as possible. For the IA portion, FEMA will set up field offices and a phone number people can call. We have given them a list of offices that meet their criteria, and have asked that they open at least 3 in Johnson County.

We continue to find areas and homes that have been affected, and the damages continue to mount. However, all requests for resources from entities through this office have been met. Please let us know if you know of any more damages that might not be obvious.
