EXECUTIVE SESSION

FEBRUARY 13, 2008
MEETING MEMORANDUM

President Perrin opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.  Council members present were John Perrin, Terry Spencer, Joe Noonan, Scott Alspach and Don Harris.   Also present were Clerk-Treasurer Maribeth Alspach, Attorney Lee Robbins, CPA Jeff Birk, PW Supt. Lasiter, Marshal Stephenson and Fire Chief Hedrick.  

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a matter enumerated in Indiana Code Sections 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b) 2 (D).

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
