MEETING MEMORANDUM

Town Council President John Perrin opened the meeting at 5:30 p.m. Council members present were Joe Noonan, Scott Alspach, Terry Spencer and Don Harris. Also present was Clerk-Treasurer Maribeth Alspach.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a personnel matter.

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned at 5:57 p.m.
