NEW WHITELAND TOWN COUNCIL

SEPTEMBER 27, 2006

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Town Council President John Perrin calls the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m. Council members present were Scott Alspach, John Perrin, Joe Noonan, and Terry Spencer. Also present were Clerk-Treasurer Maribeth Alspach, Town Marshal Ed Stephenson and Sgt. Dave Glaze. Attorney Robbins participated in the meeting via speaker phone. Councilman Harris was absent.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a personnel matter.

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
