NEW WHITELAND TOWN COUNCIL

SEPTEMBER 22, 2006

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Town Council President John Perrin calls the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m. Council members present were Scott Alspach, John Perrin, Joe Noonan, Don Harris and Terry Spencer. Also present were Attorney Robbins and Clerk-Treasurer Maribeth Alspach, Town Marshal Ed Stephenson and Sgt. Dave Glaze.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a personnel matter.

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
