EXECUTIVE SESSION

Town Council President John Perrin calls the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. Council members present were Scott Alspach, John Perrin, Joe Noonan, Don Harris and Terry Spencer. Also present were Attorney Robbins and Clerk-Treasurer Maribeth Alspach.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the purchase or lease of real property.

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
