EXECUTIVE SESSION

Town Council President John Perrin calls the meeting to order at 9:04 p.m. Council members present were Scott Alspach, John Perrin, Don Harris, Joe Noonan and Terry Spencer. Also present were Attorney J. Lee Robbins and Clerk-Treasurer Maribeth Alspach.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a personnel matter.

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
