EXECUTIVE SESSION

NOVEMBER 8, 2006

MEETING MEMORANDUM

Town Council President John Perrin opened the meeting at 6:05 p.m. Council members present were Joe Noonan, Scott Alspach, and Don Harris. Also present were Attorney J. Lee Robbins and Clerk-Treasurer Maribeth Alspach. Councilman Spencer was absent.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a personnel matter.

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
