NEW WHITELAND TOWN COUNCIL

OCTOBER 6, 2006

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Town Council President John Perrin calls the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Council members present were Scott Alspach, John Perrin, Joe Noonan, Don Harris and Terry Spencer. Also present were Clerk-Treasurer Maribeth Alspach and Attorney Robbins.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a personnel matter and threatened litigation.

Being no other business the meeting was adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
