This year’s Proctor Park Community Celebration will take place on Saturday June 19th at Whiteland Raceway Park located at 654 N. Front Street in Whiteland. It will be a fun filled day for families to enjoy the festivities while paying tribute to all of our Veterans and those men and women who have and continue to serve our great country. Our Feature Attraction in the morning will be the Proctor Memorial Park Grand Prix a Go Kart Race with European Concession Style Cars open to the first 36 registered drivers. There will be six (6) heat races beginning at 9:00 a.m. with the top six (6) racers racing in the Grand Prix. This will be an all day event – there will be a variety of “challenge” races throughout the afternoon and the track will be open for individual racing. We will also have bounce houses and small kiddie rides, pony rides, games, food, booths, vendors, music, raffles, a hog roast and much more.
