Thank you to the Whiteland VFW Post 6978 for the magnificent monument that you had installed in the Walk of Freedom this spring. The black granite monument is a beautiful addition to the park and a constant reminder of the high price of freedom.

It continues to amaze me that those who have already given so much in their service to this country are also the ones who continue to give in our quest to complete the mission at Proctor Park.

Pictured here is Steve Beauprez Commander of the Whiteland VFW with the new monument.
